This is the online privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) of Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. (the “Corporation”, “we”, “our” or “us”). Tetra Bio-Pharma is the North-American license holder for Hemp Energy Drink. This Privacy Policy applies to all Tetra Bio-Pharma divisions, products, licenses, affiliates and subsidiaries. This Policy applies only to activities the Corporation engages in on its website at www.drink-hemp.ca (the “Website” or the “Site”) and does not apply to the Corporation’s activities that are “offline” or unrelated to the Website. References to “user”, “visitor”, “you” and “your” throughout this Policy are to you as a visitor to the Website.
By accessing, browsing, submitting an employment application, entering a contest, sending a curriculum vitae or otherwise using or accessing the Site, you
- represent that you are 18 years of age or the age of majority where you live or older;
- understand, acknowledge and agree with this Policy, as it may be modified from time to time. See the “Modifications” section below; and
- consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information (as defined in section 3 below) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, as it may be modified from time to time. 2. Modifications
The Corporation reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time and will notify you by posting a modified Privacy Policy on the Website. Any such modifications will become effective on the day they are posted. The Corporation encourages you to frequently review the Privacy Policy, verify the date of the last update (at the beginning of this Policy) and examine the modified version. Continued use of the Corporation’s Website after the posting of a new modified Policy constitutes your consent to be bound by the Privacy Policy in force at that time. If you do not agree to the modified terms of this Policy, please do not use our Website.
3. Information gathered on the Site
The protection of your privacy and your personal information is important to us. The term “personal information” means information about an individual that permits him or her to be identified and to communicate with him or her, such as a name, postal address, telephone number or email address.
The Corporation collects personal information from the visitors to the Website only on a voluntary basis. Your personal information is collected in connection with your accessing and using the Website such as if you email a request for information from us, send us your curriculum vitae, enter a contest or sign up to join our e-mail list for newsletters and other promotional material.

For example, the Website may automatically recognize the domain name of the website which you clicked through to reach the Site, but not the e-mail address of visitors to the Website. We utilize tools provided by Google Inc. to measure the internet traffic on our Website. The personal information that the Corporation collects is internally reviewed by those requiring such information for the performance of their duties, carrying out their mandates or contracts and used to maintain and improve the Content of our Website, notify our users of updates and changes, respond to user inquiries and other communications, process requests for information, and other uses directly related to the Site, including for statistical purposes for improving use of the Site.

The Corporation may use “cookie” technology to obtain non-personal information from our online visitors in order to improve your online experience and update the Site. “Cookies” are small data files that certain websites write to your hard drive when you visit them. They may contain information, such as a user ID, that the website can use to track users’ progress through the website, but any personal information contained within any “cookie” can only be supplied voluntarily by you. The “cookie” enables us to track the total number of visitors to the Site, the popularity of various areas of the Site, and the length of the visits in an aggregate form (as one of a group, your individual personal information is not singled out). No personal information is extracted in this process. We do not use the “cookie” to contact you nor do we provide this information to third parties.

As described in the Terms of Use of, please be aware that the Site may contain content such as job applications, contests, or promotions provided to the Corporation by third parties and also may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by affiliates of the Corporation or by non-affiliated third parties. When linking to the websites of third parties, please consult the terms of use as these will apply to your access and use of their websites. The Corporation has no control over these third party websites to which it links and is not responsible for the terms of use or privacy practices and policies of these websites. If you provide any information to such third parties, the privacy practices and policies of those third parties will apply to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information and we strongly suggest you review such third parties’ privacy policies before providing any personal information to them. Additionally, other companies which place advertising on our Site may collect information about you when you view or click on their advertising through their use of cookies or clear Graphics Interchange Format. You should contact these entities directly and review their privacy policies if you have any questions about the use and disclosure of the information they collect.
7. Employment applications
We may, in certain cases, post-career and job opportunities of the Corporation on the Site as set out in the Terms of Use. The collection and use of any personal information provided in connection with such career/job opportunities will be governed by this Privacy Policy. We may also, in certain cases, post career and job opportunities on the Site at the request of third parties. The Corporation does not collect any personal information in connection with career and job opportunities posted at the request of third parties.
8. Retention of personal information and security
We will only retain your personal information as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
The Corporation takes reasonable steps and implements appropriate procedures to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information and including through various hardware and software methodologies until such time as the personal information is no longer required, after which it is destroyed, rendering it unable to identify you. If you have submitted personal information through the Website or one of the Corporation’s interactive advertisements, and would like that information to be deleted from our records or would like to update or correct that information, please contact us at the link below and provide us with your name and postal address. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make corrections, remove your personal information except as is necessary for our records, or remove your name and address from our mailing lists.
